New Program For Paint Horses At Tulsa Reining Classic
The American Paint Horse Association (APHA) will bring a splash of color to the 2014 Tulsa Reining Classic (TRC), slated for Aug. 26-31. A new partnership has been created between APHA and the TRC, according to Cheryl Cody of the TRC Management Team.
