Cullen Chartier and DMAC Spoonbill with Alannah ChalmersWeatherford, Texas trainer Cullen Chartier, 26, guided gelding DMAC Spoonbill to a John Deere Open victory Aug. 30 at the National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) Summer Spectacular to pick up his first Fort Worth limited-age title.
Dean Domann and his wife, JessieTwo 6-year old mares both posted scores of 222, resulting in a Co-Championship during Monday’s National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) Classic/Challenge John Deere Open finals in Fort Worth. Sally Cats Hot and Jesse Lennox, along with Cherrey and Dean Domann, each secured $4,415 checks with those efforts.
