The Board approved the proposal at its Feb. 22 regular meeting in Pilot Point, Texas.

The 1980 stallion was one of only four horses to sire three National Reined Cow Horse Association (NRCHA) Snaffle Bit Futurity Open Champions – Master Checks, Otoe Master and Masteroani. The other three stallions to accomplish the task were King Fritz, Nu Cash and Smart Chic Olena.
