Four Sixes Ranch/NCHA Western Nationals Wrap-Up

DavidBooth The Four Sixes Ranch/National Cutting Horse Association Western Nationals finished the last round of finals May 8 with the Non-Pro and $15,000 Novice/Non-Pro.

As the fourth to go in the second of two herds of the Non-Pro finals, David Booth was bound to do well aboard Cat N Charm. In the first go, the duo marked a 217.5 to tie for third. In the Non-Pro finals, they made a solid run to mark a 216.5. Seven horses later, they became the Non-Pro Champions. 

Junior Cutting Stallions (2015)

To be considered a Junior Stallion, a stallion had to rank among the top 100 in his discipline, cutting in this case, and had to have had five or fewer foal crops in the show pen. A stallions first foal crop could not have arrived before 2007 and the sire could have had no offspring show earnings prior to 2014 – the year that initial crop would have turned 3 and started showing.
