NRHA Hall of Fame Inductee & Million Dollar Sire Boomernic Dies

boomernicBoomernic • photo courtesy of Silver Spurs EquineBoomernic, a National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) Hall of Fame inductee and Million Dollar Sire, passed away on Feb. 28 while in surgery to remove a stone that ruptured his small intestine, according to owners Michael and Michelle Miola at Silver Spurs Equine in Cave Creek, Ariz.

Colleen McQuay Joins NRHA Hall Of Fame Ranks

McQuay will join her husband, Tim, and daughter, Mandy McCutcheon, who preceded her into the elite group. As the matriarch of one of reining’s first families, she has supported her husband and daughter to many accomplishments.

Olympian Contemplates Training Career
