Making its debut in March of 2023, The American Performance Horseman has already announced its return to Globe Life Field for March of 2024. The event will once again feature the Top 5 professionals from the National Reining Horse Association (NRHA), the National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA), and the National Reined Cow Horse Association (NRCHA).
Recently, each association announced their top money-earning riders leading the race, they’ll have until the end of the year to make the Top 5. For the event, each rider will be able to ride whatever horse they choose, and they’ll draw for places on teams for additional purse money. Last year the Royal Blue team of Sarah Dawson, Adan Banuelos and Fernando Salgado won the event.
