The Darkk Sideโa 2019 brown roan stallion by Once in a Blu Boon out of Dixon Flowers Rope Horses AQHA/PRCA Heel Horse of the Year DT Sugar Chex Whiz (Shiners Lena Chex)โhas been under the ownership of the Relentless Remuda and Solo Select Horses and in training with Trevor Brazile and Miles Baker. The group announced the syndication May 4, and by the afternoon of May 5, the shares had all sold.
โWe believe in this horse and his ability to help usher in the next generation of rope horses,โ 26-time World Champion Brazile said. โItโs an honor to know that other people can see this growth in the rope horse industry and want to be such an integral part of his journey.โ
In just three shows, Baker has piloted The Darkk Side to more than $23,000 in earnings. As of May 9, the young stallion had over $25,000 in EquiStat earnings.
Brazile and Baker will continue to show The Darkk Side for the syndicate, while each shareholder will receive two breedings each year and get to watch the horse compete on the largest stages in the futurity game.

The Dark Side Syndicate will be managed by the Lazy E Ranch’s FE. “Butch” Wise, with all training and show bills through Dec. 31, 2024 included in the share price of the 15.1-hand, 1,200-lbs stallion.
