NRCHA Judge Seminar to be Held in Las Vegas

Registration is open for a National Reined Cow Horse Association (NRCHA) Judge Seminar next month in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The National Reined Cow Horse Association welcomes all NRCHA judges to attend the next Judge Seminar, which will be hosted Dec. 14-15 at the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa. Due to COVID-related restrictions, NRCHA has not hosted one of these events since 2019.

Officils say all NRCHA judges, except those who judged this year’s Snaffle Bit Futurity® limited aged events or those who attended the 2019 seminar in Dallas-Fort Worth, are required to attend the seminar in order to maintain their judge’s card. Any judge who has concerns about their ability to attend the upcoming seminar should contact the NRCHA office at 940-488-1500 or email [email protected]. Officials say all judges must plan on attending a seminar before December of 2022 if they are not required to attend this year’s event.

Registration is now available online here. Registration includes lunches on Dec. 14 and Dec. 15 during the event. All room reservations should be made directly with the South Point Hotel & Casino online here

Officials say judge seminars and education are vital to the success of NRCHA judges and to train new judges. During the seminar, judges and prospective judges will learn from NRCHA Director of Judges Bill Enk, who will guide in the development their skills through the seminar.

For questions about the seminar or becoming an NRCHA judge, please call the office at 940-488-1500 or email [email protected].
