High Roller Success for Jennifer Gilliam & Surprizing Sixty Six

Jennifer Gilliam and Surprizing Sixty Six reigned at the top of the High Roller Reining Classic Futurity Non-Pro, winning the Levels 4 & 3 Non-Pro on Tuesday, Sept. 14, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Gilliam, of Pine Grove, California, and the daughter of sophomore sire Inferno Sixty Six did so with a score of 218. Their two wins earned a total of $6,577 for owner Janiene Borror.

Bred by Valentin Rascon, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Surprizing Sixty Six is out of Dun With Surprizes (by Jerry Lees Surprise). She’s a half-sister to the winners of $170,000, including her her mother’s leading earners ARC Surprize Steps ($34,375, by Wimpys Little Step), ARC Dun With Ya ($29,174, Gunnatrashya) and ARC Prized Walla ($28,518, by Walla Walla Whiz).

The Levels 4 & 3 Non-Pro Reserve championships was a tie between two pairs who marked a 213.5: Specialized DNA and Kim Lansidel and Next Stop (by Spooks Gotta Whiz) and Raeanna Thayn.

Lansidel and Specialized DNA (by Gunners Special Nite) also earned the Level 2 Non-Pro Championship. The Level 1 Non-Pro Championship went to Pepinics Crush and Robin Aaker, who marked a 211.

Pepinics Crush is from the first crop of stallion PS Mega Shine Chic.
