APHA Buckles Offered At Select Reining Events

Riders of American Paint Horse Association (APHA)-registered horses will compete for APHA buckles in addition to the regular prizes at two big European reinings and several events in the United States.

The hardware, offered through the Paint Reiner Buckle Incentive, will be offered at the National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) European Futurity and the Italian Reining Horse Association Championship.

The Texas-based association announced it will be at the show Nov. 20-28 in Cremona, Italy, to distribute the rewards.

The buckle incentive program rewards APHA members riding registered Paint reiners—to qualify, participants must sign up in advance of their classes and must have a current APHA membership; participation is free. To sign up for the buckle incentive program, look for the representative on site: APHA Professional Horsewoman Helga Hommel.
