The AQHA Service Center located at Heritage Place in Oklahoma City reopened to appointments on Friday, May 1. The AQHA headquarters in Amarillo, Texas, remains closed to walk-in traffic due to local mandates.
Staff at Heritage Place will assist members with AQHA business including, but not limited to, registrations, transfers, memberships, reviewing the status of your AQHA work and more!
To obtain assistance with AQHA paperwork, customers must schedule an appointment with the AQHA Member Experience Team at the AQHA Service Center. Details on setting up an appointment, contact information, office hours and more are available at www.aqha.com/service-centers.
The AQHA Service Center at Heritage Place will take the necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of customers and staff.
Customers are encouraged to wait for their appointment in their vehicles and to enter the building moments before their scheduled appointment. Customers who are in the building will be asked to social distance and maintain a minimum of 6 feet in between individuals. The AQHA Member Experience Team will continue to comply with all local, state and federal guidelines and modify guidelines as needed.
Due to local mandates in the City of Amarillo, AQHA Headquarters will remain closed to walk-in customers to protect the health and safety of AQHA customers, staff and the local community until further notice. Customers can continue to utilize the drop box located in front of the AQHA Headquarters building, at the bottom of the steps near the bronze statue of Wimpy to drop off their paperwork during this time in Amarillo.
