Search Starts For New NRCHA Executive Director

The National Reined Cow Horse Association (NRCHA) has started its search for a new executive director. The former executive director, Jay Winborn, announced his resignation in late 2019 as he took on the same title with the National Cutting Horse Association.

The new NRCHA executive director will work directly with the association’s board of directors to further develop and implement the group’s vision, promote and grow membership, as well as oversee the day-to-day operation of the organization.

Potential prospects must have high ethical standards, and a passion and understanding of the Western lifestyle, the association said in a statement.

The NRCHA board of directors will begin accepting résumés from interested applicants on Feb. 1. Those résumés should be submitted to Melissa Nation at [email protected] or by mail to: NRCHA c/o Melissa Nation, 310 W. Rennie Ave., Pauls Valley, OK 73075.
