When Cattalou arrived at Buffalo Ranch in 2016, David Plummer said, “If you can find a better-looking stallion out there, you should breed to him.”
He is a 15.1-hand absolutely gorgeous stallion with all the ability anyone could ever want! This year, Cattalou and Cullen Chartier are in the hunt for the Mercuria National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) Open World Championship. They had a slow start into the show season, but because of this stallion’s ability to consistently mark 76s, they are currently sitting third in the world. Cattalou’s lifetime earnings to date total $263,197-plus.
In an industry with a tremendous number of great High Brow Cat sons, this stallion should not be overlooked. His dam is the great Louella Again, who is a $1.1 million producer and is sired by the legendary Dual Pep, a $26 million sire. He is currently standing here with us at SDP Buffalo Ranch and is now owned by industry leader Mr. Billy Morris, of Creek Plantation.
