Wasatch Academy Offers Rodeo Scholarships

Wasatch Academy, a nationally ranked college preparatory boarding school, recently made an exciting scholarship announcement pertaining to high school rodeo participants. The prestigious school will award scholarships to one male and one female rodeo athlete.

Each scholarship is valued at $54,900 for the 2016-2017 academic year. This annually renewable scholarship covers the complete cost of tuition, and room and board for the academic year, while also offering year-round practice for the students’ chosen rodeo events, a heated indoor and two outdoor practice arenas and one-on-one coaching from accomplished rodeo instructors. The Wasatch Academy high school rodeo team will compete in more than 25 rodeos each year, with travel to the events facilitated by the school.

The Wasatch Academy high school rodeo team provides unique opportunities for students to receive a superior education, compete in a very competitive rodeo association, and prepare for graduation and placement on a college rodeo team of their dreams.
