She was able to make clean cuts on Smooth Kwackin Cat and finish with the Championship title.

Ashlock and her gelding (Smooth As A Cat x Kwackin x Dual Pep) marked a 222, which landed them an impressive 6 points ahead of Reserve Champions Austin Adams and WRS Dunnit With Jose. The win was worth $12,000 and pushed Smooth Kwackin Cat’s lifetime earnings to $36,877.

Ashlock loves to compete on all of her horses, but finds Smooth Kwackin Cat particularly fun to ride and be around.

“He is a great horse to spend time with and ride,” she said. “He has always had such a sweet personality.”
