Sherri Brunzell Case Goes To Jury

The animal cruelty case against Sherri Brunzell is nearing its end on Friday, May 29. Closing arguments were heard Friday morning, and the case has gone to the jury.

Brunzell has been charged with animal cruelty after 10 horses, including well-known cutting stallion Dual Peppy, and four llamas were seized from a property she leased in Black Forest, Colorado. The animals were living among an estimated 14 carcasses of dead horses. The jury could return a verdict as early as Friday.
