The Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) submitted a counteroffer on Tuesday to Las Vegas Events regarding the future of the prized National Finals Rodeo (NFR) in Las Vegas after 2014. The Las Vegas Events board plans to meet on Thursday to start evaluating the proposed deal.
