Loose Horses Shot By Minnesota State Police

After two horses escaped through a down fence on a Minnesota woman’s property, they were shot by state police to avoid potential danger to motorists. The horses wandered to a nearby interstate, and after failed attempts to move them back to the owner’s land, the decision was made to euthanize them. CBS Minnesota has the owner’s response and the full story.
