Judge Ron Jacobson will hear a motion April 1 to dismiss Rita Crundwell’s state charges, he decided in a video court appearance Monday, March 4. Crundwell, the former city treasurer who pleaded guilty to federal charges of stealing $54 million from the city over 20 years, also faces more than 60 state charges in the case.
