Jan. 1, 2013 – According to the Lexington Herald-Leader, “A high-profile walking horse proponent and padded horse rider, Kentucky state Sen. Robin Webb, D-Grayson, has suffered an equine black eye. At the North Carolina Walking Horse Association championships in October, Webb was cited for violations involving two horses.”
