Note: Western Bloodstock, the sales management company that operates the NCHA sales, began a new service for horses that did not meet the reserve at the sale. On the Western Bloodstock Web site, it states: "Beginning at the 2010 NCHA Super Stakes Sale, we will implement a new auction service on the website to promote the sale of horses that do not meet the reserve in the auction ring. This new service gives both buyers and sellers another great opportunity after an auction is complete. A great deal of time, effort and money is devoted to promote and market each horse consigned to the sales. Our promise is to try to complete the sale of every horse either in the ring or afterwards online."
