Horse Stolen in Arkansas: Your Help Needed!
Written by Press Release
Like most of the horse owners in the United States Nate Priefert never thought “it” could happen to him. His roping horse disappeared during the Chuckwagon Races in Clinton, Arkansas. It is believed that Chief was stolen around midnight on Friday, Sept. 3 from the Van Buren County event.

Like many victims across the nation he has turned to Stolen Horse International, aka NetPose.com for help. We are now asking for you to help us help Nate, a fellow horse industry business professional, bring his horse home.

Chief is a 9 year old, 1100 lb AQHA sorrel gelding and a professionally trained roping horse. He is 14.2 hands and his markings include a wide blaze which wraps across his nose, two white back stockings, and a square diamond brand with a capital “P” inside on his left hip. Chief also has a three-inch scar on his left hip, which may appear swollen.

Make the search for Chief simple. Keep this in your mind—“sorrel, gelding, diamond P”. Repeat it again—“sorrel, gelding, diamond P”. If you see a horse that meets this description call us immediately! You don’t have to remember all of his markings to find Chief.

Stolen with the horse is tack that includes a USTRC Trophy western saddle and bridle, a Matt Bynum Memorial roping breast collar and a rifle scabbard on the right side of the saddle.

Chief is owned by Mr. Nate Priefert, Executive Vice President of Priefert Manufacturing Company. The company is a leading US manufacturer of rodeo and ranch equipment based in Mt. Pleasant, Texas.  Mr. Priefert is offering a $1000 reward for the safe return of his horse. We request that the public please forward the following link and flyer in both email and print form: www.netposse.com.
