In November, dozens of malnourished horse were removed from a ranch owned by Judy Caton, a reiner from Washington state. On Nov. 14, Caton resigned her positions of president of the Washington Reining Horse Association and as an elected member on the board of directors for the National Reining Horse Association.

All In Wrangler and Dell Hendricks
All In Wrangler, a 4-year-old stallion owned by Glen Reed, picked up his third aged-event win when Dell Hendricks rode him to a 224.5 on March 6 at the Cowboy Capital Reining Classic Derby at Lone Star Arena in Stephenville, Texas.
