It's That Time Of Year! Take a Look at The Non Pro Stallion Service Auction

no048258.tb The Non Pro Cutting Horse event is holding an online stallion service auction, which continues through March 6. Each year, the event offers breedings to a number of the best stallions in the industry. Proceeds from the auction allows The Non Pro to give cash bonuses to the Champion and Reserve Champion riders of the Non-Pro and Amateur divisions held during the event. The Non Pro + The Open is scheduled for June 8-15 in Oklahoma City, Okla.

Prior winners Phil Rapp, 40, and Chad Bushaw, 36, both of Weatherford, Texas, received Equi-Stat Awards as cutting’s top 2009 Open and Non-Pro cutters, respectively, at the Augusta Futurity in Augusta, Ga., on Jan. 30. Equi-Stat and Quarter Horse News sponsor the award. Quarter Horse News Publisher Patty Tiberg presented Rapp and Bushaw with their awards in Augusta during the Saturday evening performance.
