About this section
Statistical review reflects all earnings from the 2010 season.
Welcome to the 26th Annual addition of the Quarter Horse News/Equi-Stat Cutting Statistical Review. Charts on the following pages chronicle the leading horses, riders, owners, breeders, sires and dams that played a role in the cutting industry during the 2010 season.
These are the best of the best of last year. No doubt about it.
There are 49 1/2 pages in this review, most of which are filled with charts ranking the leaders, according to money won in the cutting pen during the 2010 season, including regular purse money and incentives. For the first time, the statistics include a special weekend-only section.
Principal charts included in this statistical review do not include closed stallion programs that are not all open to all stallions. In order to afford readers with an overall review of the 2010 season’s payouts, however, Quarter Horse News is providing separate “with incentive” charts that reflect total money earned by horses and riders, regardless of whether a program was “Open” or “Closed.”
Now, with everything in order, let’s get to the charts! |
